REALTORS: How do I request association documents?

To request association documents, HOA fees, transfer/disclosure fees, and more, please go to www.homewisedocs.com. 

How do I pay my assessment?

Every year Merrill Cantatierra HOA mails the annual billing statement to each homeowner. The annual assessment is set for June 1st and is due by June 30th. Included on the billing statement is a separate line item noted as the annual trash service fee. This is also due by June 30th. 


AZCMS offers several ways for homeowners to pay their assessments. To make a payment, please go to https://azcms.com/resources/payments/. 

How do I receive RFID Tags/How do I exit the community gate on my motorcycle?

RFID tags are applied to the front bumper of your vehicle for entry access. These tags are available for purchase and are sold for $13.00 each and payment can be made by check only to Merrill Cantatierra HOA. You may contact AZCMS at (480) 355-1190, or request them by email at support@azcms.com. Note, your vehicle make/model/year will be logged for the purpose of access control. If you sell/trade a vehicle you should contact AZCMS to let them know. 


As you exit the community you will see four white motorcycle emblems that have been painted on the driveway pavers. You can drive over any of these and the metal detectors which are located under the brick pavers will activate the gates to open for your safe exit. 

How do I receive a gate clicker?

Gate clickers are available for purchase for $25.00 each and payment can be made by check only to Merrill Cantatierra HOA. Please contact AZCMS at (480) 355-1190, or email at support@azcms.com.   

What is a vendor access code?

A vendor access code is a 4 digit code, specific to your lot, which can be entered at the entry call box by a vendor that you have hired to service your property (ie. landscapers, pool service companies, cleaning crews, etc.). This code will only allow access inside the community between the hours of 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM. For questions relating to your vendor access code, please contact AZCMS at (480) 355-1190, or email support@azcms.com.

How do I get my name added to the entrance call box/What is the code for the pedestrian gate?

 If you would like your name added to the entrance call box, please contact ParkPro (Gate Department) at (602) 254-0770. You may also contact AZCMS at support@azcms.com to assist with this. They will require proof of address/residency.  


 To use the pedestrian gate for access to the community, a 4 digit code is required for the double-side punch key lock system. Please contact AZCMS at (480) 355-1190 for the code. 

What is the speed limit in the community?

The speed limit inside the community is 25 MPH. Please remind your guests and service providers of this.

What days do trash/recycle get picked up?

Merrill Cantatierra HOA has an agreement with Republic Services to provide twice per week trash service (Monday and Thursday) and once per week recycle service (Monday).


Trash and recycle receptacles shall be kept/maintained so as not to be visible from neighboring properties except to make available for collection.  Trash and recycle containers should be placed curbside either the day of pick-up or the evening prior to the pick-up day. Containers must be retrieved within 12 hours after being emptied.

How do I replace my trash/recycle container?

Should you need a replacement container, please contat AZCMS at (480) 355-1190 or email Support@azcms.com. Please include the association name and your address.

How do I submit an architectural Application?

To submit an architectural application, please go to the forms page of this website to download a fillable application. Once the application is complete, email it to ARC@azcms.com. If additional information is required, an AZCMS staff member will reach out to you. Examples of changes that require approval are roof modifications, painting the exterior of your home, landscape modifications, door/window replacement, etc.

How do I sign up to receive HOA notifications by email?

 To receive HOA notifications by email, please make sure that AZCMS has your current email on file. To update or add your email address, please contact AZCMS at Support@azcms.com. Please be sure to include the Association's name, your name, and address. You may also go to www.azcms.com or www.cantatierra.com to download a fillable Homeowner Information Sheet. 

I have gophers in my yard. What can I do to get rid of them safely?

The Merrill Cantatierra HOA has an agreement with PROPERTY MANAGEMENT PEST & TERMITE CONTROL, LLC to service your yard for gophers only; UPON REQUEST. If you are experiencing gopher holes in your front, or backyards, you may contact AZCMS at support@azcms.com, for service to be scheduled. Living on or near a golf course can increase your chances of having gophers in your plush backyards. They enjoy eating the roots of the grass.
